There are two systemhound products that you can purchase :

The "systemhound server pack" includes everything that you need to get systemhound up and running in your organization. It even comes with 50 free systemhound client licenses so you can start building your asset management database right away.

Once you have purchased a server pack you can choose to add "systemhound client packs" which allows you to increase the number of machines that can be recorded in your systemhound asset management database.

Discounts are available for purchases of 10 or more client packs and each pack will allow you to add another 50 machines to your database.

Support details:

• Covers email support during UK office hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Mon - Fri excluding UK public holidays.
• Includes guaranteed upgrade protection for new releases of systemhound.
• The guaranteed response time is 2 UK working days, although we aim to respond within 1 UK working day.
• In the unlikely event that we wish to terminate a support contract, we will give thirty days written notice and a full credit for the unexpired period.

• Please note that licenses are issued only once payment is received (for payments made online, licenses are issued within two working days).
