question 1: What was the reason to type user name when installing the client? Is there any way to show it in master hardware report, since in "owner" column I only have "Autorized user" ?

question 2: why do some computers do not show ip address? It's either balnk or 0.0.0.0 ?

The user name reported by systemhound is the 'last logged on' user for the machine - this can be disabled by windows policy and in that case no user name is reported.

0.0.0.0 IP address being reported will be fixed in SH2009 - out Q2 2009
