Some applications seem to be missing from the master list of software, but are included in the individual software lists for computers.  Three applications exhibiting this behavior are shown below.

Adobe Photoshop CS
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Apple iTunes

I rebuilt the database, but the problem persists.

Is this happening to anyone else?

There are two possible reasons.

1. At the foot of the reports there are show/hide options for the three methods of software discovery.
The options may have different settings in the master and machine reports.

2. If you have opted to hide software via Software Maintenance in the console, I believe that this hides software in the Master report but not the machine software reports.
