I upgraded to SystemHound 2007 and used the workaround to install the website to a non-C drive location.  When I try to use Console options like "Export the database", "Refresh", etc., I get a run-time error 53 (file not found).

I am also not able to access any of the log files via the Console.  It is looking in the wrong place for the files.  (It is looking on the non-C location when (for whatever reason) the logs are on the C: drive.  An alias to the logs folder didn't help.

Any ideas?

Do any of these utilites (Export the Database, Refresh the Database, view logs, etc.) work from the console for others who used the non-C: drive workaround to relocate the website directory?

The error is caused by console when it attempts to launch the underlying tool. These tools can still be 'manually' found and run from under c:\program files\systemhound\utils as only the website is installed to the alternate location
