Monitor Serial Number available under Device Manager is not exported

When we view a Hardware report for a machine, the details shown include the serial number of the CPU  as well as the serial number of the Monitor (under Device Manager). However when a report is generated, the Monitor serial number is not exported. It is just shown as Plug & Play Monitor. Is there something we are missing out while generating the report ?? Or is this normal behaviour?? What should be done so that the Monitor Serial Number also appears in the Hardware Report

The monitor serial number is not export in systemhound v4 - it is however in systemhound2007 which is currently in pilot with a number of customers.

The export tool from systemhound 2007 will work with v4. Please email support at systemhound.com to request a copy if you'd be interested.
