Is there anyway to create a software changes report (outside the web GUI) to present what has been installed on a weekly basis?

Not in the current version.

The new release of systemhound available early next year will provide an export to excel within the web reports. This is probably related to your other posting regarding the site builder service exiting. If problems persist please contact systemhound support directly
