System Hound 4.0.5.0

I've a Windows NT 4 server (stand-alone server) installed with System Hound 4.0.5.0 easy-audit server with license 103 of 130 used.
Last week I just install a System Hound 4.0.5.0 easy-audit server to a new Windows NT 4 server that's joined to our network domain with same IP address and same PC name.
The old Windows NT 4 server is disconnected from network.
The issue is my new Windows NT 4 server that's installed System Hound 4.0.5.0 did not show me the database that the old Windows NT 4 server has.
Did anybody know how to solve this issue?
P/S: by default the client should report to server everyday. but why my server still can't get any data from client?

Hi,
did you receive any data at all from any of the clients?
What does the log-file say on some of the client machines?
C:\Program Files\systemhound\logs\upload.log
Example of a successful connection:
[systemhound 4.2 Copyright (c) 2001-5, Software Innovations UK Ltd.]
[Nodename : SERVER_NAME (C:\Program Files\systemhound)]
Routine : open_client
Routine : do_session_client
Contacting server SERVER_NAME on Tue Aug 22 22:10:31 2006
Routine : client_identify
etc.
