Are you reinstalling the central server? Reinstalling the client machines will have no affect as their configuration is refreshed from the server.
If you still have problems can you on the machine exhibiting the error:
Run from the dos command prompt:
shrefresh.exe noupload verbose > "C:\program files\systemhound\logs\refresh.txt"
and then zip up the directory "C:\program files\systemhound\logs" and send it to
support@systemhound.comThe logs will help us diagnose the problem for you.
Note: shrefresh can be found on the central server under systemhound\utils.
