Help - Purge Machines

Hi,
I'm pretty sure that I'm not actually using the amount of licenses it states, I believe that many of the machines have been taken from the network. There used to be a purge option with version 3 (e.g. remove those that have not reported for 2 weeks), I cannot seem to find it with v4?

Hi Gaper,
In order to do this you need to:-
open systemhound website maintenance
view the hardware tab
click on the updated column (right hand side) this will sort the PC's into last updated with either the oldest or newest at the top depending on how many times you click
then all you need to do is tick the delete box and once you have selected all the PC's you want to remove click commit.
this will remove any PC's selected and free up any unused licenses.
hope this helps
jay
