If you are in the US, and are unable to purchase due to WorldPay not being able to accept your card, you are probably using what is known as a Visa Purchasing Card. This is not quite the same as a credit card, as far as the UK is concerned.

What you should do is select another currency (not USD) from the drop down list when you get to the WorldPay payment page. For example, GBP pounds.

If you do this, the transaction will go through in the chosen currency - you will of course be billed in USD by your credit card company.

Alternatively, use another credit card which is not a Purchasing Card.
