Hi

Which authentication protocol(s) does SH use for clients to talk to the SH server? Would this be the same for clients that are on a domain and on a workgroup.

Thanks in advance

systemhound uses TCP/IP protocol for all clients to talk to the server.

I didn't think that TCP/IP was an 'authentication protocol'? I was thinking more along the lines of LDAP, CHAP, MS CHAP.

Systemhound connections use a proprietary authentication protocol. As long as the client can connect to the server port all will be well.  Smiley
