LLoading page issues

Hello!
I am new to the forum with this being my first post..hoping someone can help.

I am running 4.0.5 and just recently am having issues when I pull up the web page on my systemhound audit server to view hw/sw information.  When I click either hardware or software from the web page, the "Loading Page" splash screen just sits there and never returns any data.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks Dee.  An email was sent to me from support stating my database was corrupt with a utility to run maintenance on it and clean it up.

Ran the utility and everything is working again.

Appreciate the help!

Hello,

I just upgraded to 4.0.5 from 4.0.1 and now I have the same issue......after pressing the hardware button, Systemhound just sits there waiting to load.  However, I can get into the software and then from there any PC to view the hardware, I just can't get to the hardware list.

I ran the Website Maintenance tool and it too sits there waiting to load.

Please advise.
