Some remote Clients have only IP address but they are not belong to our Domain. When Install Tool is running (detected by IP range), this Clients are detected but error "Failed to find Program Files location - Access is denied" appeared. We can not connect to register editor on this client from the server. Any suggestions? We reallly need to have these clients in our inventory.  Cry

Hi,
how do you normally push software (or patches/updates, etc) out to these sytems? What OS are they?

Of course, you can always install them locally with the CD or use client.exe if the clients can see the server. Or you can create a "silent install" image.

Our documentation has more detail on alternative install options

Thanks.
