Systemhound was working fine for a while but then i noticed the licence count at the bottom of the systemhound homepage said 0 out of 300 used.  I clicked on the hardware button and it fails to load i recieve the error:

Runtime error has occured, do you wish to debug.
Line: 21
Error: Object expected.

Although when i click software it works fine.  and i can even click on machine names to bring up their details.

I have checked that all of the services are running correctly on the server and even rebooted it to no avail.

This happend previously and i deleted the hardware and software folders so the database would be recreated and this fixed it.  But now it's happed again which is very annoying.

Thanks
Dan

Hi, could you zip your database and send it to support@systemhound.com with this url reference.

The db is at Program Files\systemhound\easy-audit

If the zipped db is more than 5Mb, contact us first
