Hey Nish:

I just upgraded our Systemhound database with the latest release and all my licensing information vanished.  Before I re-enter it all, is it hiding somwhere on the server?  Is there a way I can preserve this info the next time I do an update?

Hi

what version did you upgrade from? Do you have a backup of your previous database? If you do, then look in the easy-audit\site folder for license.js. Copy this into the current database, into the same folder.

I don't know what version we had prior to the upgrade.  Our server had the latest version available on your Website as of December 2004 - January 2005.

The version I just upgraded to is 4.0.5.0.

Anyway, I was able to retrieve the license.js file from backups so we are good to go.  Thank you very much for responding.
