Hi,
We have changed our pc naming convention and noticed that the pc's that have numbers as the first character of the pc name aren't showing up in SystemHound. The upload.log and hwinfo.log files are there on the client, but nothing showing on the server...Huh The pc's that have a letter as the first character of the name - no problems.

The server is 2k Server (SP4) and the clients are all XP Pro (SP2)

Do you have any suggestions? (apart from "change your naming convention!")

What does upload.log say on the client? Does it say 'successful' at the bottom?

Is the Firewall enabled on this pc?
