Uninstall/Install showing in changes

This maybe something you can do nothing about but...
When we view the changes through the web to the software list. It shows all programs on the machine as have been uninstalled and then on the same machine shows that they have all been installed at the same time.
What is causing this as its increasing the size of the change log and these programs should not be doing either as they are network wide, standard packages.
Thanks.

Hi, can you zip your Program Files\systemhound\easy-audit folder and send to
support@systemhound.com
with the URL to this topic
Thanks.

Our company policy does not allow us to send live data to third party companies unfortunately. Is there anything i can do from this end?
Also just a query. Is it possible to export the details of the changes instead of the hardware and software lists? If not np's.

An update on this. Whilst looking around i noticed that it was possible to edit the file, 'sw_excludes.js' within '\Program Files\systemhound\site' dir to exclude these such entries.
Therefore the only problem I now have is how to export only the software/hardware changes into a usable form. I.E. for reports and such.
Thanks.

re the changes: when did you notice them, was it after an upgrade? Is it just the server whose changes have been affected?
Re the export of the changes: at this time its not possible to export change history
re 'sw_excludes.js' - this file should only be edited to enter any software you do not want to see on the software change report
on a permanent basis
, eg by default Norton anti virus definitions is included there.
I will have to get back to you on the change history issue.

It usually occurs after i do a force resend of the application reporting after i have made a change to SH in someway. Also it has occured when I have pushed out the client to a PC and on its first run it reports everything as being uninstalled and installed.
The 'sw_excludes.js' file I am aware will remove them permanantly. Things like XP Hotfixes and AV software defintions/exe's are installed as default and we do not wish to see these popping up, just the changes of possible licensed material or install of programs that go against company policy.
Is there going to be an update/further release that will allow the export of the change log? Or is there a certain file that i can look at that will allow me to manipulate the data into another form?

The change history export will be considered for the next release of systemhound. I can't however recommend the editing of the files.
