Systemhound is running very good inside this company. One of our user's have installed a firewall (ZoneAlarm) on his workstation. Now that workstation does not reporting anymore to the SystemHound Server.  Is there a way to break trough the firewall? Or is the only option to uninstall the firewall?

Regards

No! You just need to allow the systemhound scheduler service through the firewall.

A good way to do this is to run shrefresh.exe on this user's machine. Copy shrefresh from systemhound/utils on the server to anywhere on the user's machine. Now run it. ZoneAlarm should pop up a message saying systemhound is trying to access internet or something like that. Make sure you allow it at this point, and check the box.

Or try configuring ZoneAlarm to let traffic through port 4004 which is what sh uses.
