Problem with licence

We bought program SYSTEMHOUND with 300 licenses. After having installed the service of SYSTEMHOUND on 250 PC, we have only one to that on 30 PC.
Why?

Hi,
please check how many licences are being used or are available to systemhound. This is on the front-page of the systemhound web-site on your systemhound server. E.g.

Code:

Licensed to : Software Innovations UK Ltd

License : 3029 of 5000 used

Also check the log-file on some of the machines that have the clients on that have not reported to the server. The log-files will be situated in

C:\Program Files\systemhound\logs

See if there are any errors regarding contacting the server (in upload.log). It could be a DNS issue for example..

I am also having similiar problems with my license.  I have receive my license file and ran it.  When I open the program it states that it is registered to me, but only shows 10 or 10 licenses.  I have purchase 225.  Could the license key be wrong?

make sure you're installing on the correct server, or that the server name you gave when you ordered is the correct one. Contact your reseller or sales@systemhound.com.
